Maplewood Community Association is looking to fill the social director position on the MCA board of directors. You would be responsible for managing the FB page and putting the newsletter together. It’s not a big time commitment, there are only a few meetings to attend throughout the year.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

ACC Reporting: The ACC form was developed to standardize and track construction requests and related grievances. All construction, repair, replacement, installation of any structure, or improvement of of any type must have approval from the ACC. Items needing to be approved include, primary home, shed, driveway and fence. Make this form the first step in your planned renovation.
