STREET CONSTRUCTION
The City of Fort Wayne will be replacing our neighborhood streets on the East side of Maplecrest Road. Noted in dark red above. Newly paved sections will not get repaved. They will work in 3 sections at a time and have tear-out, prep work and paving going on simultaneously. If your section is in one of the 3 phases, you will not be able to drive on it to get to your home. Park near your street and walk across yards to get to your home. Watch for and help neighbors carrying groceries or heavy objects across your yard. The inconvenience will be worth it.
The Following Items Cannot be Accepted:
Anti-freeze, Appliances with Freon, Asphalt, Auto Fluids, Auto Parts, Electronics, Compressed Gas, Chemicals, Fire Extinguishers, Fluorescent Bulbs, Freon Refrigerant, Hazardous Waste, Oil Based Paint, Items Containing Mercury, Lead Acid Batteries, Tires, Used Oil, Concrete, Liquids, Explosives, Pesticides/Herbicides, Fertilizer, Radioactive Material
Dues Payment
Why do we pay dues?
Dues pay for snow removal, legal fees and maintenance for entry ways among other things.
When are dues due?
Dues are due October 1, 2023 and late after October 31. 2023
How much are dues?
$30 for homes on interior streets
$15 for homes on Maplecrest and Trier.

After 01/29/2024 | Your bill will be turned over to a collection agency, all penalties as listed above will be added to your total amount due. Accounts turned over to collection agency will have collection fees added. |

MAILBOX PROJECT
The mailbox project is completed. All posts that had all of their recipients signatures have had their mailboxes replaced. Thank you for all the hard work put into this project!
The Fort Wayne Fire Department will install a smoke detector for free.

ACC Reporting: The ACC form was developed to standardize and track construction requests and related grievances. All construction, repair, replacement, installation of any structure, or improvement of of any type must have approval from the ACC. Items needing to be approved include, primary home, shed, driveway and fence. Make this form the first step in your planned renovation.
