Why do we pay dues?
Dues pay for snow removal, legal fees and maintenance for entry ways among other things.
When are dues due?
Dues are due October 1, 2023 and late after October 31. 2023
How much are dues?
$30 for homes on interior streets
$15 for homes on Maplecrest and Trier.

MCA Budget 2023
FREE MAILBOXES
Maplewood Community Association is offering free mailboxes.
MCA needs one (1) signature card with all the mailbox owners’ signatures.
The installation of mailboxes is stalled. Our installer was unable to finish, we are searching for a new installer. Thank you for your patience.
Friendly Parking Reminder
The Fort Wayne Fire Department will install a smoke detector for free.

ACC Reporting: The ACC form was developed to standardize and track construction requests and related grievances. All construction, repair, replacement, installation of any structure, or improvement of of any type must have approval from the ACC. Items needing to be approved include, primary home, shed, driveway and fence. Make this form the first step in your planned renovation.

Because Maplewood Community Association is within the Fort Wayne City limits, the association must be governed by the City Ordinances. The link below will offer residents of MCA an opportunity to familiarize themselves with these ordinances.
